Shipping Times:

Orders will be processed within 1-5 business days. The approximate shipping time may vary depending on the country you live in. Normally our items are delivered in a time of 7-14 business days in addition to the processing time.

Order Cancellation:

We are using an automated Fullfillment system that allows us to send most items out within 12 hours already. This means that we can not guarantee a cancellation of the shipment after this time.

RETURN POLICY

Noble Noir provides prepaid shipping labels to let you send unwanted product(s) back to us within 14 days after the parcel was delivered. We will issue a full refund to the original method of payment within 24 hours after receiving the returned merchandise at our refund address. If you find any unwanted issues in one of our products, we will find a solution for you. This includes any manufacturer defects like boils, scratches or other damages. If this occurs we will send you a replacement piece for free or we will refund your money back. 

If you require a replacement, the process can be expedited by providing a digital image of the issue along with a clear description of the problem (try to be as descriptive as you can + send the defective images). It would also be very helpful to name your Courier Number from the outer packaging of your product.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. 

Depending on your area most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is attempted, a notice card should be left by the postal service to advise on where your delivery can be collected.
